These terms apply to your use of the SonarFish app and this website. By downloading or using SonarFish you agree to them.

Beta software

SonarFish is currently in beta and is provided free of charge. Features may change, and the software may contain errors. Keep your own copies of anything important.

License

SonarFish grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use official SonarFish releases from sonarfish.app on Macs you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or remove or bypass any license, trial or payment checks of the software, except where the law allows it. SonarFish and its source code remain the property of SonarFish.

Your responsibilities

• Consent to record. Laws about recording conversations differ between countries and states. You are solely responsible for informing participants and obtaining any consent required before recording them.
• You are responsible for your use of third-party services you connect, such as transcription providers or Google Drive, and for any charges from them.
• Don't use SonarFish for unlawful purposes.

Paid plans

If paid plans are introduced, their prices and conditions will be shown before you buy, and additional terms may apply.

No warranty

SonarFish is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that recordings or transcripts will be complete or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SonarFish is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the software.
